  1. Manage front desk operations including guest check-ins and check-outs.
  2. Handle reservations and respond to telephone inquiries.

  5. Complete necessary documentation for front desk activities.
  6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Guest Service Manager or General Manager.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reporting and accounting practices.
  • Excellent guest relations skills.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the employee to frequently sit, stand, bend, walk, and use hands or fingers to operate tools and controls. The ability to lift boxes weighing up to 15 pounds is necessary, along with close vision for computer screen tasks.
