As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue. You will work closely with our sales team to understand client needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate and instruct clients on our services and solutions
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing a portfolio of high-value clients and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
