Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the front desk and guest services, ensuring all tasks are executed with precision and care.
2. Develop and implement strategies for short and long-term planning of front office operations.
3. Collaborate with the management team to establish and manage budgets, labor costs, and operational objectives.
4. Mentor and guide team members to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
5. Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
6. Maintain effective communication with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
7. Stay informed about hotel offerings, including pricing, packages, and promotions, and ensure staff are well-trained in these areas.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hotel Rooms Management.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong service-oriented approach with excellent presentation skills.
- At least 2 years of management experience within the Rooms Division is preferred.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
