As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing business operations and leading a team of 20+ in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week, assist with social media and advertising for events, and lead systems and processes to ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure processes are in place to provide remarkable guest experiences
  • Exceed expectations with the guest experience in catering pickup and delivery
  • Maintain current restaurant POP with accurate pricing, campaigns, and appropriate signage based on business plan
