Role Responsibilities

  • General Responsibilities
    • Ability to quote, bind, and inform clients about their property and casualty insurance options.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
    • Proficiently learn and utilize the Agency Management System, CRM, and other relevant applications.
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing customized and exceptional customer experiences.
    • Build trusted partnerships with internal business associates.
    • Identify opportunities for external business growth.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of top-tier agency systems and processes.
    • Stay updated on market trends and changes within the insurance sector.
    • Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with applicable legal standards.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities (a passion for helping others is essential).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills; experience with Agency Management Systems and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy educating clients about coverage options and potential gaps in their insurance policies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of insurance principles and concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Must obtain a property and casualty license within one month of employment.
  • A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
