  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for educating clients about coverage options and potential gaps in their insurance policies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of insurance principles and concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Property and casualty license required within one month of employment.
  • College degree preferred but not mandatory.
