Job DescriptionRevenue Operations Manager
At Navigate Wellbeing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will play a vital role in shaping the internal processes that drive alignment across sales, marketing, and operations to achieve revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools to support sales activities and reporting requirements.
  • Help drive all aspects of sales, marketing, and client operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, planning, and performance analysis.
  • Develop and implement process and data strategies to maximize revenue generation, improve sales productivity, and enhance customer retention and growth.
  • Analyze and streamline internal processes to enhance operational efficiency across sales and marketing, ensuring alignment between departments.
  • Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights, enabling improved revenue strategies.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and processes, improving data quality and effectiveness.
  • Track and report key performance metrics for campaigns, sales initiatives, and revenue goals, delivering detailed insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain revenue reporting suite for executive leadership and investors.
  • Oversee key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of objectives while managing software integrations and vendor relationships.
  • Lead internal trainings to optimize system usage and drive adoption of new technologies, equipping teams with the tools they need to succeed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum four years' experience working in revenue operations, sales, or marketing operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
