  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Financial Management: Assist with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a hotel operations management role, preferably with Marriott experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
  • Financial Management: Basic knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting and financial reporting.
