Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Keller Associates, Inc. in Salem, Oregon. As a key member of our office team, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings.
- Assist with project tracking and invoicing.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma required.
- Two or more years of similar experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
