Overview

As an Operations Administrative Assistant at H&R Block, you will provide support to the District Operations Coordinator and other teams within the region. Your primary responsibilities will include managing operational and hiring support, ordering supplies, and performing general administrative tasks. You will also serve as a single point of contact for technical support, utilizing software solutions and personal knowledge to resolve and track user incidents. Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end resolution and ownership of customer requests or concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seasonal hiring support in the HRB Gateway hiring system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator.
  • Manage communication from offices regarding supplies, facilities, or support needs.
  • Document and research solutions to issues, resolving them or escalating as necessary.
  • Review and verify invoices for payment in Coupa.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat, utilizing software solutions and personal knowledge to identify possible resolutions.
  • Remote into office computers to resolve technical issues.
  • Follow established procedures to handle inquiries and resolve concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organization, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to support Microsoft operating systems, networking connectivity, computer peripheral equipment, software applications, and remote tools.
  • Experience working with Windows Environment.
