Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled System Administrator to join our team at HCL Global Systems. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our system infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage remote access and remote devices, including maintenance and configuration.
  • Manage Cloud Infrastructure, including Azure AD and Microsoft 365 components.
  • Manage and support virtual servers, desktops, and other endpoints, including installing, upgrading, and patching.
  • Design, implement, and support group policies and secure configurations.
  • Enable and support Public Key Infrastructure environment.
  • Design, install, manage, and upgrade Secure FTP infrastructure in support of business processes.
  • Research, innovate, and automate system administration.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of Windows Infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Six (6) years of information systems experience in systems administration.
  • An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND four (4) years of information systems experience in systems administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field AND two (2) years of information systems experience in systems administration.
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for all of the above.
Desired Attributes
  • Systems Administration Experience in a Windows environment, including supporting group policies and secure configurations.
  • Experience with a variety of Microsoft products, including Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Experience in planning, managing, and troubleshooting virtual infrastructures.
  • Experience managing and maintaining secure FTP technologies and public key infrastructures.
