Key Responsibilities- Manage remote access and remote devices, including maintenance and configuration.
- Manage Cloud Infrastructure, including Azure AD and Microsoft 365 components.
- Manage and support virtual servers, desktops, and other endpoints, including installing, upgrading, and patching.
- Design, implement, and support group policies and secure configurations.
- Enable and support Public Key Infrastructure environment.
- Design, install, manage, and upgrade Secure FTP infrastructure in support of business processes.
- Research, innovate, and automate system administration.
- Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of Windows Infrastructure.
- Six (6) years of information systems experience in systems administration.
- An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND four (4) years of information systems experience in systems administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field AND two (2) years of information systems experience in systems administration.
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for all of the above.
- Systems Administration Experience in a Windows environment, including supporting group policies and secure configurations.
- Experience with a variety of Microsoft products, including Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Experience in planning, managing, and troubleshooting virtual infrastructures.
- Experience managing and maintaining secure FTP technologies and public key infrastructures.
