Stockroom Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to join our team at Gundersen Lutheran Administrative. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely distribution and delivery of needed supplies throughout the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

Work with external providers to receive, stage, store, and deliver incoming supplies and equipment.
Utilize the Lawson inventory system for receiving freight, inventory control, and distribution of supplies.
Put away freight received from vendors and distributors, picking and packing orders from paper requisitions and handhelds.
Drive a 13-ton delivery box truck or cargo van and back into loading dock, loading and/or unloading supplies, non-stock shipments, or products staged on carts and/or pallet racking, utilizing a pallet jack or power industrial trucks.
Deliver non-stock shipments and supplies to various departments throughout the organization.
Support Laundry with deliveries of supplies and clean linen on both the La Crosse and Onalaska Campus, as well as picking up dirty linen returned to the Laundry facility.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalency
Valid Driver's License (DL)
Federal Medical Card
In-House Driver's Road Test Certificate within 60 days of hire

Work Environment:

This position has an 8/80 hour flex overtime computation. The successful candidate will work with all departments of Gundersen Health System to ensure efficient and timely distribution and delivery of needed supplies, non-stock shipments, and various products in order to enhance departmental operations.
