Job Summary

The Senior Vice President of Home Solutions Strategy and Business Development will drive the development and execution of the strategy and growth plan in Humana's Home Solutions organization. This leader will be responsible for creating and managing a comprehensive, differentiated, and measurably effective business development strategy that attracts and retains relationships and engages in commercialization and partnerships to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic growth and requisite strategies for the Home Solutions segment and connect to broader Humana.
  • Collaborate across Home Solutions and Enterprise Growth teams to develop winning value propositions and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with Integrated Health leadership team to drive Home Solutions adoption through Humana health plan and other CenterWell assets.
  • Manage and grow national strategic relationships.
  • Progress digital campaigns with the Enterprise Growth marketing team.
  • Create growth strategies, determine market-level and national tactics, and develop targets across all relationships.
  • Identify and develop new growth channels, including partnering closely with Enterprise Corporate Development regarding Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • With the Enterprise Growth team, optimize acquisition spend nationally, within each market, and across all channels.
  • Identify major drivers of acquisition and attrition, create KPIs to drive strategies, and determine implementation plans.
  • Partner with Enterprise Growth leadership to mature enterprise capabilities in segmentation, analytics, and product development.
