Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Senior Vice President of Operations to join our Corporate team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the experience, operation, and results within your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct operational oversight of a portfolio of boutique and lifestyle hotels
  • Communicate and execute hotel brand(s) and strategy
  • Recruit and manage the training of regional corporate support team and property general managers
  • Guide and oversee the preparation of property and corporate department budgets
  • Provide effective people leadership of assigned hotels by attracting, motivating, developing, rewarding, and retaining top talent
  • Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and report these results to the Executive Vice President(s) of Operations and COO
  • Ensure a professional image at all times through appropriate business appearance and dress
  • Follow and promote company policies and procedures and effectively articulate and present the Company's vision and values
Requirements
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years in progressive regional operations leadership role
  • Independent and Luxury Resort experience required
  • Los Angeles/Southern California based preferred
