About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Operations to join our team at Wayspring. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our SUD Home solution in partnership with multiple health plans across the state of Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the performance of Wayspring's SUD Home solution, ensuring it meets or exceeds clinical targets and goals, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Partner with care delivery teams to develop solutions, adjust target areas of focus for performance management, and adjust staffing needs and engagement strategy as necessary to meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate with centralized shared services teams to develop insights on operating performance, delivery of clinical outcomes, and opportunities for improved execution and ongoing advancement of solutions.
  • Ensure all market operations are meeting or exceeding clinical targets and goals, SLAs, and KPIs; if not, develop strong action plans to get back on track.
  • Partner with other providers in the state for workflow integration and collaboration in our at-risk population.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills both internally and externally with client stakeholders.
  • Participate in the healthcare professional community as needed to maintain Wayspring representation and maintain knowledge of the healthcare landscape.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Deep operational experience in healthcare organizations, with a minimum of ten years, preferably in risk arrangements, population health care models, value-based provider operations, and care management.
  • Strong operational execution skills, with a proven track record of reaching goals and delivering outcomes.
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated domain expertise with a clear understanding of healthcare workflows and practical use of information, experience with practice transformation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams to success.
  • Ability to work directly in both team and individual settings, including working directly with customers.
