Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to join our Corporate team. The successful candidate will have direct oversight and responsibility for the experience, operation, and results within their region. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals and to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct operational oversight of a portfolio of boutique and lifestyle hotels
  • Communicate and execute hotel brand(s) and strategy
  • Recruit and manage the training of regional corporate support team and property general managers
  • Guide and oversee the preparation of property and corporate department budgets
  • Provide effective people leadership of assigned hotels by attracting, motivating, developing, rewarding and retaining top talent
  • Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and report these results to the Executive Vice President(s) of Operations and COO
  • Ensure a professional image at all times through appropriate business appearance and dress
  • Follow and promote company policies and procedures and be able to effectively articulate and present the Company's vision and values
Requirements
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years in progressive regional operations leadership role
  • Independent and Luxury Resort experience required
  • Los Angeles/Southern California based preferred

Compensation

The salary for this position is $215,000-$230,000+ commensurate with experience.
