Job Title: Administrative Assistant IV

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant IV to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment activities. This role will contribute to the development of candidate data gathering and reporting processes, as well as facilitate transactions related to the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to professional staff and management, including interview scheduling, candidate care, and data management.
  • Responsible for the quality and completion of own work, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tasks.
  • Manage candidate data, including processing and maintaining accurate records.
  • Facilitate transactions related to the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
  • Assist in the planning of recruitment-related events and lead special projects as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
