At Charles Schwab, we're committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Senior Client Service Administrator - Equity Compensation, you'll play a critical role in creating and implementing world-class client experiences for our largest, most complex corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an operational subject matter expert for corporate clients, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Partner with internal teams, such as Conversion, Client Services, and Technology, to deliver a best-in-class experience for corporate clients and their employees.
  • Research and resolve transaction inquiries, product information, and data feeds to ensure accurate and timely responses.
  • Process escalated emails and phone calls from internal and external clients, providing consultative conversations to resolve plan issues and implement processes to support client operations.
  • Act as a thought partner to top-tier clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business growth and success.
  • Mentor new client service administrators during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Provide backup support for Client Service Administrators as needed, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing disruptions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, effectively engaging with senior leaders within Stock Plan Services to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer service experience in dealing with corporate clients, benefits, and/or brokerage environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Ability to serve as a point of contact and backup manager when necessary, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing disruptions.
  • High commitment to delivering quality work products, following prescribed procedures, and handling escalated issues when appropriate.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to work on multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a B2B model, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Ability to plan and communicate with internal SPS partners to ensure appropriate implementation and support for all client projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Flexible working schedule, including the ability to support multiple time zone clients (possible overtime with little to no notice may be required).
