  • Meet weekly benchmarks for marketing outreach, job orders, and client interactions.
  • Conduct personal visits to clients to secure job orders and explore business opportunities.
  • Maintain communication with consultants on assignment through regular check-ins.
  • Deliver ongoing service to current clients through visits and follow-ups.
Recruitment Duties:
  • Craft and publish job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Assess candidate resumes submitted by the recruitment team.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.
