We are seeking an Account Management Liaison to join our team at Global Channel Management. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts and resolving product or service issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call center environments and manufacturing experience. They should also possess SAP/QP1 experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving product or service issues
  • Managing multiple accounts and maintaining accurate customer information
  • Initiating proactive contact with customers to address their needs
  • Understanding product schedules for Liquid and Powder Coatings manufacturing sites
  • Processing accurate order entry
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure resolution of customer requests
  • Maintaining a working understanding of color matching
