About the Position:

Pima Medical Institute is looking for an Education Liaison to support students' academic success and personal growth.

About the Role:

The Education Liaison will work closely with students, faculty, and staff to ensure students receive the necessary support and guidance to succeed academically and personally. This position involves analyzing student progress reports, providing advice and guidance, and collaborating with campus staff to resolve student concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze student progress reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for success
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance on academic, attendance, and programmatic matters
  • Collaborate with campus staff to resolve student placement and financial aid concerns
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as institute policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement goals and objectives related to student retention and success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three (3) years of experience advising students in a post-secondary education setting
  • Management experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer applications

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
