Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of construction projects, including the coordination of tasks, communication with stakeholders, and maintenance of records. This role will support the project management team in achieving successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project tasks and activities, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project documentation, permits, and insurance certificates.

Support the project management team in preparing materials for construction meetings and taking notes as needed.

Run routine reports and log in RFP's and RFQ's.

Maintain effective and professional communication with internal project team, including subcontractors, site foreman, architects, and designers.

Maintain effective and professional communication with external clients, including building owners, client reps, and construction managers.

Requirements:

1+ years of current experience working for a construction company would be ideal, but not required.

3+ years administrative experience working with a small team. Strong knowledge of basic office equipment.

Must have strong Excel, Word, Outlook/G-mail skills along with excellent data entry skills. *Experience working with project management software or accounting software is ideal but not required. Knowledge of QuickBooks and/or other construction software a plus.

Very strong at multi-tasking and the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized and detailed with processing information.
