Job Overview

The Public Safety Account Executive will focus on driving new sales and account management within the Public Safety vertical, serving First Responders. This role requires a proven track record of success in B2B sales, leveraging industry expertise to grow customer bases, renew contracts, and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads to generate new sales opportunities and exceed monthly sales and churn target goals.
  • Cultivate relationships to expand the customer base and manage customer accounts for upselling and renewals.
  • Utilize systems for data entry and analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tracking account activity.
  • Stay up to date with company products and services through ongoing training opportunities.
  • Meet/exceed sales productivity and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of experience selling in the Public Safety vertical
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated sales success in business-to-business (B2B) sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Wireless Industry/Telesales/Technical Sales (2-4 years)
  • Experience in the Public Safety industry (2-4 years)

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and sales analysis abilities
