Your Role: As a Traffic Control Flagger, you will be instrumental in:
- Setting up and maintaining secure work zones with appropriate signage and equipment.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure the safety of all personnel and the public.
- Effectively managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
- Providing outstanding service and protection to our clients.
- Receiving ongoing training and support to advance your career from an entry-level position to more advanced roles.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 60 lbs.
- Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and traffic environments.
- Prior experience in driving is preferred.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
