Job Overview

The Public Safety Sales Representative is a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the Public Safety industry. This individual will leverage their prior experience in the Public Safety industry to drive sales, renew contracts, and increase revenue while maintaining a high level of customer retention.

Responsibilities
  • New Sales Activities: Utilize contact lists to call leads and generate sales opportunities, exceeding monthly sales, renewal, and churn target goals.
  • Account Management and Maintenance: Establish and cultivate customer relationships to drive sales and increase customer base, complete customer account maintenance, and provide account analysis to determine up-sell and renewal offers.
  • Customer Service: Supervise and resolve customer issues, track individual account activity and results, and complete extensive data entry and system navigation.
  • Training and Development: Participate in continuous training opportunities to maintain knowledge of products, services, and sales approaches.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Work Experience: 2-4 years Experience selling within the Public Safety vertical (Required), 2-4 years Experience in the Public Safety industry (Preferred)
  • Skills and Abilities: Microsoft Excel (Required), Customer Acquisition (Required), Attention To Detail (Required), Communication (Required), Presentations (Required), Problem Solving (Required), Sales Analysis (Required)
