Job Description:

The Business Development Lead at Medix™ will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across various therapeutic areas. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical industry, specifically pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and consistent quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate contract negotiations and secure new business deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform business strategies and decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and closing deals, with a strong focus on establishing and managing KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to groups.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based enterprise solutions.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
