Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for developing and identifying potential customers, explaining services, and establishing constructive relationships with others.


Job Responsibilities
  • Promote the services divisions through exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Explain service information to customers and navigate the contract acquisition process
  • Conduct business-to-business sales prospecting and cold calling to secure new business
  • Create work orders on potential sales and complete the proposal process
  • Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services and build a referral pipeline
  • Answer customer questions about our services and distribute promotional material
  • Identify prospective customers using business directories, leads from existing clients, and networking events
  • Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs and attend conferences to develop professional knowledge

Requirements
  • Able to persuade others professionally and communicate information effectively
  • Adaptable to a changing environment and able to handle sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail, active listening, and time management skills
  • Must be self-motivated, bilingual, and possess intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to travel and provide excellent customer service

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive opportunities for growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
