Job Overview

Aaron's is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing agreements, and processing renewal payments.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $14.75 - $15.50 per hour, plus incentives based on performance. Additionally, you will have access to health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive new business growth.
  • Assist the General Manager with operational functions, including deliveries when needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • An aptitude for marketing and sales.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and 300 pounds with a dolly.
  • A valid state driver's license and DOT certification (U.S.) or equivalent.
  • A flexible schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm.
