Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist students and parents with setting up payment plans and processing cash and check payments
  • Manage the department email account, responding to all messages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with University departments to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
  • Model and promote quality customer service, providing a positive experience for all interactions
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills
  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
