Regional Sales Manager

Wagner Spray Tech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the North Central territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the distribution network in the North Central territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and training to distributors and end-users to ensure successful product adoption and usage.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial coatings application, equipment sales, or a related field.
- Proven sales growth results and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industrial sales procedures and distribution channel processes.
