Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • 3+ years of sales management experience, with a focus on team leadership and development
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
