We are currently seeking a Front Office team member to enhance our expanding practice.

Position Summary

The Front Office staff plays a crucial role in managing visitor interactions and addressing inquiries both over the phone and in person. This position involves providing information about our organization to the public, clients, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls, screen and direct them appropriately
  • Take and relay messages efficiently
  • Provide accurate information to callers
  • Welcome individuals entering the facility
  • Guide visitors to their intended destinations
  • Handle inquiries from the public and clients
  • Maintain awareness of staff movements within the organization
  • Offer general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare correspondence and documentation
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and organize meetings
  • Maintain tidiness in the reception and waiting areas
  • Follow instructions from the Office Manager
  • Manage the operations of the vascular clinic for the physician
  • Prepare patient charts, conduct intake processes, and perform follow-ups
  • Travel as necessary
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant
  • Knowledge of insurance verification processes
  • Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Proficiency in computer applications and relevant software
  • Awareness of customer service principles and practices
  • Keyboarding skills
