Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet customers, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and sorting mail.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, management, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, basic computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
