About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Safety Program Manager to join our team at Providence Little Company Of Mary Torrance Hospital. As a key member of our South Bay Community, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating the patient safety program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient safety strategies to reduce medical errors and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address patient safety concerns.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide education and training to staff on patient safety best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and nurses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field.
  • 5 years Acute care hospital experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field.
  • Upon hire: Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS)
  • 2 years Patient safety experience.
