  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members throughout the care process.

  • Adhere to national patient safety objectives as outlined by regulatory bodies.

  • Meet organizational quality improvement and benchmarking targets.

  • Prioritize tasks to implement a care plan tailored to individual patient needs.

  • Recognize and report common factors impacting patient care.

  • Foster collaborative relationships with all members of the healthcare team.

  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the ethical responsibilities of the profession.

  • Participate in organizational events and activities.

  • Commit to ongoing professional development and training.

  • Implement Safe Patient Handling techniques.

Certification and Compensation

BCLS or ACLS Certification required.
Compensation: $29.94 per hour.
