Role Summary:

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the meticulous planning, execution, and conclusion of intricate research, development, and product deployment initiatives. This position is essential for fostering innovation and delivering superior products to the market while aligning with organizational objectives and surpassing stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulates and implements detailed project plans, encompassing project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Facilitates project initiation and closure meetings.
  • Monitors project advancement, manages modifications, and addresses challenges.
  • Communicates project updates to all stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Effectively manages project finances and resources.
  • Establishes and nurtures robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensures compliance with quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Identifies and mitigates potential project risks.
  • Conducts evaluations post-project to extract lessons learned.
  • Develops and executes change management strategies to minimize disruptions and secure stakeholder engagement.
  • Recognizes and engages key stakeholders.
  • Manages stakeholder expectations and communicates project developments efficiently.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient change management skills.
  • Ability to foster consensus and resolve conflicts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations.
  • Experience in venue-related projects.
  • Knowledge of change management practices.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in a comparable organization.
  • Strong comprehension of real estate development, design processes, construction methodologies, and building codes.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting information to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and operate under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
  • Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand, sit, and use hands for handling or feeling, as well as reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision.
  • Work in outdoor environments under varying conditions throughout the year.
  • Noise levels in the work environment may vary, typically moderate but can be loud during events.
