Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Scheduler to contribute to our projects in a dynamic role that emphasizes precision and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating precise schedules by leveraging industry standards and insights from project stakeholders.
  • Regularly updating project timelines in line with organizational protocols and best practices, while effectively communicating outcomes to the project team and recommending actions as necessary.
  • Assessing project modifications for their effects on the overall schedule and aiding in the preparation of necessary change notifications.
  • Evaluating project timelines for adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and industry standards, and suggesting corrective measures when required.
  • Generating monthly scheduling reports for project management purposes.
  • Providing guidance on scheduling software to users as needed.
  • Ensuring personal and team safety by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience and training may be considered.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project scheduling, including the development of baseline schedules, integration of subcontractor timelines, and progress analysis.
  • Strong understanding of general construction practices and sequencing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard business applications.
  • Expertise in Primavera scheduling software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project planning.
  • Familiarity with additional scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, NetPoint).
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management.
  • Experience with scheduling analytic tools (e.g., SmartPM, Acumen Fuse).
  • Familiarity with 4D/BIM Synchro software.
  • Professional Scheduler Certification from PMI (PMI-SP) or AACE (PSP).
