Medius, a leading global provider of accounts payable automation and integrated spend management solutions, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to lead sales efforts in identifying, qualifying, and closing upsell and cross-sell business for existing customers in North America.

This role involves managing customer relationships with circa ~30 named accounts, developing relationships with C-Level Executives, understanding customer business goals and challenges to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and increasing revenue from assigned account lists.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of quota-bearing enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of success, experience with value-based selling, and the ability to build pipeline through proactive activities.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus commission and benefits package. Benefits include excellent basic salary, commission, contributory pension, free private health care, life assurance, private dental care, and vision.

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to thrive in a pressured sales environment, maintain balance between sales and non-sales account management activities, and partner with Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and other internal Medius resources to maximize customer satisfaction and increase account revenue.
