Senior Account Manager

Gartner seeks a skilled Senior Account Manager to lead client retention and growth through strategic contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services. The successful candidate will work closely with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy, maximizing the value delivered by Gartner's solutions.
About the Role
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for account management, quota responsibility, and sales methodology execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving customer satisfaction and retention through strategic account planning and territory management.
- Maintaining forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of Gartner's products and services.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess 8-15 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in high technology environments. They must demonstrate strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen. Additionally, they should have proven experience building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations.
