The Role You'd Play:

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive our talent acquisition strategy, leveraging their expertise to attract, hire, and retain top talent. As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success by providing strategic guidance, counsel, and direction to our field leadership.

This role involves optimizing talent acquisition processes, aligning recruitment strategies with broader organizational objectives, and identifying strategic growth opportunities. You'll work closely with Regional Operations Directors and Divisional Vice Presidents to develop competitive recruiting strategies that align with DaVita's mission and values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day management, education, support, inspiration, and coaching of talent acquisition managers and partners.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for recruitment goals across 340 division facilities.
  • Establishing and managing a cohesive talent acquisition team that excels at meeting business hiring targets.
  • Managing, leveraging, and challenging existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to increasing application volume.
  • Collaborating with talent acquisition leadership to effectively manage pilot recruitment programs.
