About the Role

Muller Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter/HR Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruiting, on-boarding, and retention process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection: Lead and facilitate the recruiting and selection process for assigned opportunities, partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Management: Optimize talent management technology to build a robust candidate pipeline, assess candidates by reviewing resumes and assisting with screening interviews, and take ownership of candidate experience by implementing consistent communication from initial application screening through on-boarding.
  • New Hire Process: Coordinate the new hire process, including conducting new hire orientations, setting up new employees for success, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Serve as a representative to attract top talent by attending industry networking events, career fairs, and relationship building, and support recognition across the company to motivate and retain strong employees.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HR information system, support company-wide performance management process, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion programs, and assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements
  • Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, 2-8 years of relevant/related experience, and a passion for working with people through in-person and online interaction with a positive, go-getter attitude.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated skills in sourcing, networking, and filling a pipeline of qualified candidates, professional presence and exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally, and proficiency in recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and applicant tracking systems.
