- Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. Leverage industry events and other channels to build and maintain a positive reputation as an employer of choice.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, track key performance indicators, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Ensure a diverse talent pipeline and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional HR certification preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition, with a track record of success in a senior leadership role. Minimum of 5 years previous experience managing people in a geographically disperse recruitment function. Prior experience with high volume recruiting is required.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor market trends, and talent management best practices. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of recruitment technology and tools.
