Job Summary:

VF Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, Executive Talent Sourcing to join our Global Executive Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively building diverse pipelines for executive leadership roles across the organization, with a focus on critical value roles and succession plan gaps on the VF Global Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a diversity sourcing strategy, including market mapping and research, proactive pipeline building, job description optimization, and identification of executive-level talent.
  • Engage with leaders at the executive level to build relationships and cultivate a pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Use workforce planning and hiring analytics to build a roadmap for event participation, sponsorship, networking initiatives, and informational interviewing.
  • Identify and engage passive executive-level talent through email, InMail, and cold calling, as needed.
  • Conduct initial screening conversations to generate interest in VF and its brands, and assess talent for potential within the organization.
  • Develop strong candidate relationships and set clear expectations, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage pipeline development programs and engage new programs to build a network of diverse executive-level talent.
  • Use data to identify organizational and program needs, and provide strategic solutions to diversity engagement initiatives.
  • Lead talent pool and pipeline initiatives within Workday to report on pipeline progress and succession strategies aligned with V2MOM priorities.
  • Stay current on external recruiting and hiring trends to influence sourcing strategies and continuously sharpen sourcing and recruitment tools and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of corporate and/or agency recruiting or sourcing experience, with prior experience hiring executive-level leaders.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in managing diverse stakeholders, including executives, employee groups, external vendors, and consultants.
  • Strong ability to connect authentically with a wide variety of stakeholders, minimizing bias and championing IDEA strategy and talent pipelining outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methods and strategies, with excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Focused on candidate experience, action-oriented, and motivated by results.
Benefits:

VF Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $89,856.00 USD - $112,320.00 USD annually, with additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase program.
