Job Overview

Aristeo is seeking a seasoned MEP Superintendent to lead our industrial projects. With 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on complex industrial projects, you will be responsible for managing large, multi-union crews and ensuring the safe and successful completion of projects.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Superintendent with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will be crucial in planning, managing, and building some of our customers' most critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and ensure contract compliance
  • Serve as the first point of contact on-site and maintain positive relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure project safety, security, logistics, layout, labor, permits, and general conditions are met
  • Expedite and provide direction to staff for self-performed work, determining quantities, materials, tools, equipment, and crews necessary to complete the task
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily logs, meeting minutes, and progress updates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial projects
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret plans and specifications
  • Ongoing commitment to safety and quality assurance
