Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Lawson Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the MRO industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth
  • Utilize sales and marketing tools to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the MRO industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales and marketing tools
