Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and provide clear technical instructions.
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs.
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Manage network security measures.
- Maintain network services, such as DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in the IT field.
- Experience with the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system.
- CCNA and CCNP certification.
- Experience with Cisco switches.
- iPhone support, setup, and managing platforms.
- Industry experience (for safety reasons).
- Willingness to work overtime or on weekends.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
- Proven work experience as an L3 Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Must be ready to take any shift, any day.
