Technical Sales Support Specialist

At Ericsson, we're looking for a skilled Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting desktop research using market data, account data, and Ericsson position to identify potential prospects and opportunities for OSS/BSS tools and services. You will also help in preparing for customer meetings and presentations, collecting competitive intelligence, and leveraging it in opportunity identification and product gap identification. Additionally, you will assist in pre-sales analysis, preparing sales reports, and assisting in other pre-sales/sales activities. If you have a basic understanding of the telecom industry, strong presentation, numerical, and analytical thinking skills, and a focus on marketing and sales, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct desktop research using market data, account data, and Ericsson position to identify potential prospects and opportunities for OSS/BSS tools and services.
