Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

Job Description:

As our new Marketing Strategy Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our marketing initiatives forward. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and continuously improve our marketing processes, workflows, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute scalable marketing strategies that drive continuous improvement and align with our business objectives.
  2. Partner with marketing leadership to develop marketing performance metrics and KPIs that inform data-driven decision making.
  3. Ensure seamless integration and utilization of marketing technologies and the CRM to maximize ROI.
  4. Construct and monitor a lead routing process that ensures timely and accurate routing of inbound responses.
  5. Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies, evaluating and managing partnerships to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and optimal performance.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with broader organizational goals and ensure cohesive execution.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years in marketing operations, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of improving marketing systems and processes.
  2. Be a highly organized, strategic executor with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action.
  3. Experience with marketing tech stack solutions and integrations, including Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, Google Ads, LeanData, ZoomInfo Operations, and other relevant technologies.
  4. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a proactive approach to dealing with challenges.
