Job Overview
Talent acquisition marketing plays a crucial role in Amazon Stores' recruitment efforts, driving employer branding and reaching potential candidates. As Senior Program Manager for Recruiter Enablement and Adoption, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance recruiter capabilities through targeted marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an effective recruiter journey map, visualizing marketing resources across the recruiting process
- Identify gaps in current offerings and collaborate with the marketing team to develop solutions, ensuring seamless experiences for recruiters and candidates
- Drive adoption of marketing resources among the global recruiter community, tracking usage and reporting on impact

About the Team
The Amazon Stores Talent Acquisition Marketing (TA) team is dedicated to empowering TA teams across Operations, Consumer, and G&A in the Americas. Our main focus is to provide resources for learning about target audiences and building marketing programs that fuel talent pipelines. We manage programs for employer branding and recruitment marketing, delivering best-in-class candidate experiences while empowering recruiters to improve awareness and consideration for supported roles.

Salary Range
This position's base salary ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering results
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
