Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day hardware management processes and provide strategic direction to the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure best-in-class service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization, including avenues for automation
  • Gather program metrics to predict future hardware needs and develop data-driven solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of management experience in an engineering organization
  • Thorough knowledge of software and hardware development life cycle principles
  • Experience with hardware build allocation and priority calls
  • Data analysis skills using tools like Tableau or other analytics software platforms
